The CraftNote bot joined a meeting I didn't expect — how do I remove it and stop this happening?

This happens because auto-join is on: once your calendar is connected, the bot automatically joins any upcoming event that has a supported meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). To remove it right now, the meeting host can simply admit-then-remove the bot, or you can open the calendar screen in CraftNote and turn off the bot for that meeting — it will leave. To stop it happening again, go to Settings > Calendar Settings and turn off automatic joining (or turn the bot off per-meeting before each one starts). If a participant objects to being recorded, you're in control: remove the bot immediately, and note that the bot announces itself and appears as a visible attendee when it joins, so nobody is recorded silently. If a recording was made without someone's consent, you can delete that note and its transcript from CraftNote at any time.
