- Can the whole team try it free, without a card?
- Yes. Creating a team starts a 30-day free trial, and it covers everyone you invite — each of them gets a full Pro seat for the whole 30 days, not a trimmed-down trial version. Nobody enters card details to start, so you can have the team working in one workspace before you involve finance.
- What happens to notes when someone shares them with the team?
- A note you move into the team workspace becomes visible to every member: transcript, summary, action items and all. Notes in your private space stay private — nothing is shared with your team until you put it in a team folder.
- Can I control who can invite and remove people?
- Yes. Members come in two roles: owners can invite, remove, change roles and manage billing, while members can read and contribute to the team library. You can promote or demote anyone from the team settings pane at any time.
- What happens if someone leaves the team?
- They lose access to the team's shared notes and folders straight away. If a team is deleted, notes that members moved into it go back to the people who recorded them — nothing is destroyed by winding a workspace down.
- Does the team plan work with our other tools?
- CraftNote connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Linear and any other MCP client, and those connections are scoped to the team's permissions rather than to one person's private token. Calendar sync works with Google and Outlook. Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio are not connected yet.
- Do we need everyone on the same device or platform?
- No. CraftNote runs on Mac, Windows, the web, iOS and Android, and the team library syncs across all of them. People can join meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Slack huddles and their notes land in the same workspace.
