Yes! You can edit transcripts directly in the app — select the transcript text to make changes, fix any transcription errors, or add your own notes. Your edits are saved automatically. Summaries can also be edited using the built-in markdown editor.

Can I organize notes into folders?

Yes! You can create folders to organize your notes by topic, class, project, or however you prefer. Long-press a note to move it to a folder, or create folders from the home screen. Folders help keep your notes organized as your collection grows.

Can I share or export my notes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can share and export notes in multiple formats: text (copy or share as plain text), PDF (export a formatted PDF document), DOCX (export as a Word document), and audio (share the original recording file). You can also generate a web link to your note. Only people with the link can view it — it won't appear in search engines. You can turn the link off at any time from the share menu to revoke access.

Can I mark notes as favorites?

Yes, use the star icon on any note to add it to your favorites. Favorited notes appear in a dedicated section for quick access to your most important content.

How long are my original recordings stored?

Accepted Answer

Raw audio and video files are kept for 60 days from the date they were created. A warning is shown 7 days before a recording expires. Your note content — transcripts, summaries, flashcards, and all other AI-generated content — remains permanently in your account.

Can I access my notes offline?

Accepted Answer

Recording audio and viewing previously opened notes (cached on your device) work offline. Creating new notes, generating AI features, and syncing notes across devices require an internet connection. If an upload fails while offline, the recording is saved locally and will be available for upload when you're back online.
