Can I record phone calls?

On iPhones running iOS 18.1 or later, you can use the built-in call recording feature, then share the recording file with CraftNote for transcription and note generation. On Android, call recording depends on your device and region. If your phone supports call recording, you can share the saved recording file with CraftNote. CraftNote does not record calls directly — it processes recording files shared from your device.
