- Does CraftNote need Google Meet transcription or a Workspace plan?
- No. CraftNote runs its own transcription and speaker-diarization on the audio it records, so it does not rely on Google Meet's built-in transcript or a paid Google Workspace plan. It works on a personal Google account the same as a Workspace one.
- Does a bot join my Google Meet call?
- Only if you want it to. On Mac and Chromium browsers, CraftNote records the Google Meet call's system audio directly, so nothing joins the meeting. On Safari, Firefox, and mobile — or to capture a call you're not attending — you can send an optional bot that joins the Google Meet as a named participant.
- How much does the Google Meet bot cost?
